Section 01

Who we are and what this policy covers

Saar Developer is a web design and development business based in Karachi, Pakistan. In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Saar Developer. We are responsible for how we use the personal information described in this notice.

This policy applies to www.saardeveloper.online, people who contact us, and information we handle while discussing or providing our services. It explains what information is involved, why it is used, who may receive it and the choices available to you.

The current public website provides information and directs enquiries to WhatsApp and email. It does not provide customer account registration, a file-upload form or a card checkout. Additional features or services may need further privacy information when introduced.

Section 02

Information you provide to us

When you contact us, request a quotation, become a client or ask for support, we may receive the following information:

  • Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and business contact details.
  • Messages, project requirements, your website address, preferences and feedback.
  • Website content and project materials, such as text, images, brand assets or files sent through an agreed communication channel.
  • Quotation, order, invoice and payment-reference information relevant to an agreed project, including payment confirmations you provide.
  • Technical information needed to assist with a website, domain, hosting or support request.

Providing information is optional, but without relevant contact or project details we may be unable to respond, prepare a quotation or provide requested services. Share only information needed for your request. Do not send full payment-card details, security codes, identity documents or sensitive personal information unless a necessary and appropriate handling method has been specifically agreed.

Section 03

Technical information and performance measurement

Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery, network protection and website performance measurement for this site. When your browser connects, the infrastructure serving the website processes technical request information. Depending on the service and settings, this may include your IP address, requested address, access time, browser or device information, referring page and security events.

Cloudflare’s performance beacon provides page-view and loading measurements to help us understand how pages perform for visitors. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics service as operating without analytics cookies and without collecting or using visitors’ personal data. Network delivery and security processing are separate from that analytics description.

We use available statistics to understand site use, diagnose problems and improve usability and performance. We do not use the public website’s performance measurements to build advertising profiles. See the Cloudflare links in the provider-information section for its own explanations.

Section 04

Why we use information

We use relevant information for the purposes below. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. If we offer optional promotional communications, we will explain the choice and obtain permission where required. You can ask us to stop promotional messages; necessary communications about an active project or legal matter may still be sent.

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate about your request.
  • Understand requirements and prepare quotations, proposals or service arrangements.
  • Design, develop, configure, launch and support agreed services.
  • Coordinate domain, hosting, editing or email-forwarding arrangements where included.
  • Manage feedback, invoices, payment references and business records.
  • Protect the website, investigate misuse and resolve technical problems.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and establish or defend legal rights.
Section 06

Cookies, browser storage and your choices

The current public website does not set its own account, shopping-cart or advertising cookies. Theme previews, service selections and other interactive controls work in your browser; the current site does not save those selections in localStorage or sessionStorage.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to work without analytics cookies. Cloudflare security features may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms when enabled. Cookie-free analytics does not mean the hosting network processes no technical information.

You can review, block or remove cookies and site data using your browser settings. Blocking necessary security functions may affect access. This website does not currently offer a separate cookie-preference panel. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update the relevant information and provide choices or consent controls where required.

Section 07

WhatsApp, email and external links

Selecting a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp in your browser or app. Selecting an email link opens your chosen email application. A prefilled WhatsApp message can be edited before you choose to send it.

Your communication provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Once we receive your message, we use it for the purposes described here. WhatsApp’s own privacy notice is linked in the provider-information section; your email provider’s notice applies to its email service.

Links to third-party websites do not mean we control their privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information or using their services.

Section 08

When information may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to the recipients below. We aim to limit sharing to information relevant to the purpose. Ask us for more information about providers involved in your enquiry or project.

  • Hosting, delivery and security providers, including Cloudflare, for operating and protecting the website.
  • Communication and business-service providers used for messages, project records and administration.
  • Domain registrars, hosting or email-service providers involved in services you request. Domain registration may involve registry or registrar disclosure requirements.
  • People authorized to assist with agreed project work, where their access is necessary for that work.
  • Banks or payment providers involved in a relevant transaction, whose own processing is governed by their notices.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where necessary to comply with law, address misuse, resolve disputes or protect legal rights.
Section 09

International processing

We are based in Pakistan and welcome enquiries internationally. Hosting, communication and other service providers may process information through infrastructure or operations in other countries, including countries outside your place of residence.

Data-protection rules may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, we will apply the relevant requirements. Contact us for information about providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry or project.

Section 10

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the information and the purpose for holding it. We use the criteria below rather than applying one period to every record.

  • Enquiries and quotations: the time needed to answer the enquiry, manage reasonable follow-up and retain relevant records of the discussion.
  • Client and project records: the service period and the time reasonably needed for support, agreed obligations, accounting, legal requirements or disputes.
  • Technical and security information: the period relevant to security or performance purposes and the retention arrangements of the provider handling it.
  • Backups: copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires, subject to applicable requirements.

When information is no longer needed for its purpose or a valid retention requirement, it should be deleted or appropriately anonymized. A deletion request does not necessarily require removal of records we must keep by law or need for a legitimate unresolved matter. Contact us to discuss retention of your specific information.

Section 11

How we protect information

We take reasonable measures suited to the information and services involved, including HTTPS for the website, appropriate access restrictions and care when sharing project information. Access to client systems should be limited to what is needed for agreed work.

If a project requires domain, hosting or website access, we will discuss an appropriate method. Avoid sending passwords in ordinary messages; use limited permissions or temporary access where available and remove access that is no longer needed.

No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident creates notification obligations under applicable law, we will address those requirements.

Section 12

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the rights below.

  • Information about processing and access to personal information held about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion or restriction of processing in appropriate circumstances.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests where that right applies.
  • A portable copy of information where the law provides that right.
  • Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it, and a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.

You may object to direct marketing at any time. If you receive promotional messages from us, contact us to stop them. This does not prevent necessary communications about a service you requested.

Email your request with enough context to identify the relevant enquiry or project. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate method.

Rights may have legal conditions and exceptions. We will respond within applicable time requirements and explain if a request cannot be met in full. You may raise concerns with us and, where available, with the supervisory authority responsible for your location.

Section 13

Client websites and information about other people

If you provide information about another person, make sure you are authorized to share it for the project. Content intended for a public website may become visible to other people and search engines. Tell us about confidentiality or publication restrictions before sharing material.

Where we handle personal information on a client’s behalf in a website project or support work, the client’s instructions, the project agreement and applicable requirements govern that work. The client is responsible for the privacy information and decisions relevant to its own website. This policy does not replace the client’s privacy notice or a project-specific data-processing agreement.

Section 14

Children’s information

Our website and services are intended for business and professional enquiries and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

Section 15

Automated decisions and advertising

We do not use this public website to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Its preview controls and animations are interface features, not credit, eligibility or profiling systems.

The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels or a targeted-advertising platform. If our use of information or tracking features changes materially, we will update the relevant notices and provide choices where required.

Section 16

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, services or applicable requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where a change requires further notice or consent, we will provide it as required. An updated policy does not by itself replace consent where consent is legally necessary.

Section 17

Provider information and privacy contact
